The process involves the distribution of personalized membership cards for members of the Destinations Loyalty program.
For members based in Papua New Guinea who are also members of Air Niugini’s Executive Club, the combined Destinations and Executive Club cards can now be collected from Air Niugini local offices throughout PNG.
For those members based in Australia and overseas, cards have been delivered directly via the international mail system.
For non-Executive Club members, fulfillment will take place in May 2010 with cards expected to be available by mid-May.
It is expected after the initial fulfillment process, which involves thousands of members, the monthly fulfillment process will become much more streamlined and quicker as the Loyalty Program matures.
Meanwhile work is continuing on the “back-end” of the Destinations website that will enable members to view their accounts. It is expected that this functionality will go live around mid-May 2010.
