The promotion was initiated in August 2009 as an incentive for Air Niugini customers to become foundation members in the Destinations Loyalty Program.

Mr Lyndon Gorie of Morobe Province; Ms Lorraine Siraba of Port Moresby and Mr Kumar Goonetilleke of Mt Hagen are all foundation members who have won 100,000 free points.

The draw was conducted at the Destinations Loyalty program launch on Wednesday April 28, 2010 at the Gateway Hotel, Port Moresby.

Meanwhile the Destinations Loyalty Program foundation membership drive was a huge success with over 20,000 members now enrolled. The Program has a solid foundation to facilitate further growth and development not only of the membership base, but also of other aspects of the Program such as partnerships and additional redemption opportunities that will be announced in coming months.

It is also expected that member statements will become live on the Destinations website by the end of May 2010.
